So we finally did it. We took the front rail off of Madi's crib. Now instead of sayin come on madi lets go nigh night in your crib, we say Madi lets go to bed. We put a lil guard rail up for now. And hopefully we will be able to take it down in a few months..... The only problem is when she is supposed to be taking a nap we find her in this first picture making a HUGE mess in her room with all her toys and playing! So I lay her 2 favorite blankets out for her on her bed and she climbs in and lays down. I can't believe she is big enough to have her own lil day bed! I love it though. She is gettin to become lil miss independant!! She even tries to put on her own diaper! Next step..... POTTY TRAINING!!!

Okay, so does she actually stay in her bed all night?? We tried Kylee out in a big girl bed almost a year ago and she just wasn't ready. We thought she was because she tried to climb out of her crib once so we jumped the gun and got her a big girl bed. It was a horrible decision. She was crying by our bedside all night long. Once she learned she can crawl out of her bed, she never stopped. We will try again soon but we don't feel the need to rush yet. It's nice to just leave her in there and not worry about her coming out early. We like our sleep!!!!
I love that she is a sneak and plays in her room instead of taking naps! Cute zebra blanket! ;) I'm glad you painted her room! It looks great. Madi's hair is so long! She would fit right in at our house too... NAKED NAPS!

Cute blog template. I was going to tell you where I found mine but I guess there is no need because you went and found a cute one of you own! Your daughter's room is so cute! We definitely need to get together in the near future when Jake actually starts making some money!
She is too cute and getting SO big. I love it! I can't wait til you come home for a while so I can see her and spoil her to peices! :) She's just a doll!
